Die Weine werden hauptsächlich im Bekannten-, Partner- und Freundeskreis der Sorrels getrunken. Wir sind froh, einige Flaschen davon anbieten zu können.
Jean-Michel Sorrel: "It's more a convivial than a commercial objective here. We only work the vineyards naturally - no weedkillers - and we plough with the horse."

"Full yellow robe; the bouquet is in its shell, offers dried fruits, nuts, wax, has a firm nature, has drifts of apricot. The palate is tight, firm and rather unyielding. This is real grounded table wine, the palate waxy. It has a thorough, solid gras at its centre. It continues well. From 2021. 2038-40"
