Kleine 3.000 - 4.000 Flaschen Jahresproduktion der drei Brüder von Marc Sorrel: Jacques, Jean-Michel und Bruno.
Aus 0,85 ha der berühmten Top-Lagen "Les Plantiers", "Les Greffieux" und "Le Méal".

Die Weine werden hauptsächlich im Bekannten-, Partner- und Freundeskreis der Sorrels getrunken. Wir sind froh, einige Flaschen davon anbieten zu können.
Jean-Michel Sorrel: "It's more a convivial than a commercial objective here. We only work the vineyards naturally - no weedkillers - and we plough with the horse."

"Dark red; has a busy, open door nose, mixed red berries present, is nice and alert, has a lit match, discreetly smoky tone, freshness. The palate links well, goes straight into good flow mulberry-raspberry with low-key tannins, until a little cluster, a tangy note, on the finish. It’s jaunty Hermitage rouge, feels hand made, will please. It holds a very good pinpoint of fruit, is droit, clear, “up”. It’s going towards a Pinote influence in time. From late-2025 for a more rounded finish. 2039-41"
