"Clear red robe; there is peppery lift on the nose, coulis of raspberry, rose perfume, good glint, is Burgundian, Pinot-esque. This is cool, tuned wine, red fruited with mineral, salivate style, coasts along, the tannins fine before developing a more vegetal-white pepper phase into the finish, marked crunch there, iron on the aftertaste. It glides along, then becomes serious, has silken tones within, a good blood-mineral late thrust.
